Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR)

Autogenic Training (AT)

Through repeated exercises, individuals learn to achieve a state of deep relaxation by focusing on calming thoughts and formulaic self-suggestions, which evoke physical sensations such as heaviness and warmth in different parts of the body. This method is commonly used for stress reduction, promoting psychophysical balance, and enhancing overall health.
